Zaziork Web Services

Zaziork Web Services – ZWS – provides a range of professional web design, web development, web hosting, web domain-name, website consultation, and other internet services. ZWS specialises in providing small business websites and charity websites.

Graphic design, digital artwork and visual marketing services are offered under our Fulgenti Design brand.

The business currently consists of one permanent full-time member of staff – the proprietor, Dan Bright, and is occasionally supported by other trusted colleagues on a freelance basis.

Services are offered the length and breadth of Britain. ZWS has developed websites and provided support services from Aberdeenshire in the north of Scotland, to West Sussex, to the City of London.

Primarily dedicated to providing web services to small and medium sized businesses, community groups and the voluntary/charity sector, ZWS offers a range of professional website design and development, and internet services, including:

ZWS usually offers a free, downloadable, archive backup of files that constitute a project. We strive to serve our clients in a open, honest and transparent manner, and like to offer peace of mind that clients have simple and easy access to work done.

All ZWS work is done on estimate quotation basis. Estimates are usually provided free of charge.

Small print

Work is usually charged per hour, or in the case of a large project a fixed cost quotation may be offered.

6 hour policy

When labour is charged by the hour, you will be notified after every 6 hour block has been completed. Work will only continue after your confirmation that you agree to continuance, and will then continue for up to a further 6 hours.

Our 6 hour policy protects both you, the client, and us, the service provider, from respectively running up large, unforeseen bills, and carrying out unrequired work.

The 6 hour policy is default on all work that is charged per hour, unless otherwise agreed. This policy may be waived, subject to prior, written agreement from both parties.

Payment

Payment is due only once an agreed project of work (or a module of a larger project) is complete and the client is absolutely satisfied with work done.

Other than any agreed deposit, ZWS does not ask for payment until such time as the client is fully satisfied with work done.

Once the bill for work done has been settled, the client receives the benefit of that work – for example, the client’s website would be made “live”. ZWS does not offer refunds once a bill has been settled, since payment is only made upon client satisfaction.

ZWS usually offers a free “zipped” archive of files that constitute a finished project, including licensed software, which in future may easily be transferred to the control of other internet service providers.
